Andrew's Recipe for Broccoli soup

Ingredients

1 X Piece of Broccoli ( about 350 g )

1.5 Pints of Water

3 level teaspoons of Vegetable Bouillon Powder ( marigold swiss vegetable is my own recommendation )

1 teaspoon of Herbs de Provence

2 Table Spoons ( 75g ) of Creme Fraiche ( Yeo Valley Organic Healthier Creme Fraiche seems to be the Best )

Directions

Remove the stalk and leaves from the Broccoli and chop into half a dozen pieces.

Bring water to the Boil add bouillon, Broccoli and herbs in that order.

Bring back to the Boil, put a lid half on and turn down to a simmer.

After 12 minutes throw it all into a liquidiser with the Creme Fraiche.

Turn on full speed for 30 seconds.

Heat gently in the saucepan , stirring constantly and do not allow to Boil

That's it serve at once and enjoy

serves 2 to 4 people depending on how hungry you all are.
